By creating an account or using DebtForge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of DebtForge, operated by OP Solutions Ltd, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom (debtforge@opsols.net).

DebtForge is an educational tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

The calculations, projections, and suggestions provided by DebtForge are for informational and educational purposes only. They are based solely on the data you enter and use simplified mathematical models. Real-world outcomes will differ.

Always consult a qualified, regulated financial adviser before making any financial decisions. DebtForge and OP Solutions Ltd accept no liability for any financial decisions made based on information provided by this tool.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use DebtForge.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts.

DebtForge is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to DebtForge.
• Use DebtForge to provide financial services or advice to third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

DebtForge is available on a free tier (Snapshot only) and via paid monthly subscription tiers — Basic ($4.99/mo), Pro ($9.99/mo), and Premium ($14.99/mo), all in USD and processed via Stripe. Each paid tier renews automatically every month until you cancel.

You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to the paid tier until then.

7-day money-back guarantee:if you're not happy with a paid subscription, email us at debtforge@opsols.net within 7 days of the first charge for that subscription and we'll refund it in full. The guarantee applies once per subscription (not to each monthly renewal). Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately. This guarantee is in addition to — and does not limit — any refund or withdrawal rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

You own the financial data you enter into DebtForge. We store it to operate the service. You can export or delete your data at any time via Settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. DebtForge outputs are only as accurate as the inputs provided.

DebtForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculations will be accurate in all circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OP Solutions Ltd disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from use of or reliance on DebtForge, including but not limited to financial loss, data loss, or indirect damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of DebtForge shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of DebtForge at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you use DebtForge as a consumer, nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to under the laws of the country or state where you live.
